I'd oppose it if the wiki would let me log in.

Reason: in the UK, items/places we call "substation"
can be a small building or a small fenced-off area containing
equipment or building - and lacking signage sufficient
for the uninformed to tell what's there.

If we can't just place a "substation" node, they just
won't get mapped.
