One might even decide to tag 
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:length

instead (or in addition) to `seats`, as is it actually (reproducably) measurable instead of guessable 
(i.e. are we talking about how many thinly 3 years olds _or_ have super-obese adults can fit there?)
