To me, this is all just concrete because getting into finer detail usually
requires access that's hard to get outside a work zone to differentiate and
makes little difference to navigation.  Where it does make a difference,
things like surface quality and road type make a bigger difference to make
suitability choices, as reinforced concrete sidewalks are not typical
outside bridges, and unreinforced concrete motor vehicle roads more
consequential than someone's driveway quickly wear out and ride like
garbage.
