Yes, https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Pl:Tag:shop%3Dwool is a Polish page
(PL/Pl being commons shortcut for Poland/Polish).
"artykuły dziewiarskie" mentioned there seems to mean "knitting materials"
