[Tagging] Wall gardens as ways?

Morning,

everything that has "*wall*" in the value of "barrier" is shown with way and area in the wiki, I see absolutely no reason why a garden_wall shouldn't be allowed on a way and only on areas.

My _guess_ is, that garden_wall was added later to the garden:type page when all the other described uses are 99% areas.

I'd say that the uses could be extended to ways without any negative impact to anyone.
