[Tagging] office=healthcare deprecated or bad documentation ?

Hello,

in 2020, the wiki was changed [|] for this tag (I don't remeber
that we talk about it, no link in the comment of the change)

it is obviously wrong to use it for amenity=doctors or other
examples of reported errors.

however the correct usage (an office dealing with health
but not a health insurance company) is given as being able
to be "imrpoved/fixed" with office=compagny
is this really good advice ? company is a very generic value
that says nothing more than office=yes, without specifying
the activity that takes place there
