[Tagging] [Voting] Feature Proposal – Deprecate crossing=zebra in favor of crossing:markings

Where I am a zebra crossing is certainly not uncontrolled, the markings and beacons have the same meaning as a give way sign. Vehicles must stop for pedestrians who are on, waiting to cross or approaching.
