[Talk-africa] OSM TAG FOR FOOTBALL VIEWING CENTER

Hi Emmanuel,

Thanks for starting this discussion, we also have them in Uganda, but like
in Ghana they are not limited to football/soccer, they also show movies,
which are translated into the local language :)
They have a local name in Kampala called "Kibanda" and it would be the
local alternative for a cinema hall :D
So during the weekend they show football games, but also movies when no
premier league or champions league is happening.

I think they are more close to* amenity=cinema, *but a specific tag for
them would be great to have.

But also we have bars, that also show football matches.
