I'm agree with you. I don't think the difference would be a matter of dimension 
or concrete vs wood material, but rather I'd prefer choose among:
Alpine_hut / 
Wilderness_hut / Lean_to
Now someone has also added "Bivvy" but basically all 
they could be categorizing under 3 type. Less relevant feature could be added 
with the tag description=dimension:xx sq m, fireplace, n beds, made of  ...
