That was my first idea, but if there are enough differences that every one 
agree on (if two mappers are to tag a mountain hut, and if one says it's a 
bivvaco and the other a wilderness hut, then we have a problem)

The bivvy description, if I understand correctly, is describe by having at 
least a roof and some walls only natural (stones, cliff, cave)

Then, I would say "why not" if it's clear to make distinction

In the case of the natural "bivvy" tagging it with wilderness_hut + 
made_of=natural would make it strange.

If someone doesn't use the extended data, the result whould be a bit wrong.

But I don't have any definite feeling or answer about the basic_hut (bivvaco) 
and bivvy (natural structure) cases
