[talk-au] Emergency phones along freeways

Yesterday I drove from Sydney back to Canberra, and recorded the positions
of many of the NRMA emergency phones that are along the side of the Hume
Highway.

I think these would be worth adding to OSM.  They are numbered, and so if
that information was included they could be used by a person reading the map
to locate their position along the freeway.  In the case of a breakdown or
emergency, it would be nice to have map information that could indicate the
nearest emergency phone.

Has anyone already got a tagging system that would work for these emergency
phones?  What can we come up with?
