[talk-au] Cycleway/footway/path

When new to an area, what would lead me to take one path over several alternatives.

I don't really want to ride them all before I know which one cyclists usually use.

Why isn't that a good idea? All it does is take the
guesswork/ambiguity out of "cycleway", IMHO, as well as being more extensible (in terms of snowmobiles/hovercraft/etc., and in terms of "designated"/"official"/etc).
