I assume that would just be an access=private tag, even though it's crown land it's still considered as owned by NPWS usually.

In a very strict sense, these dry_weather/4wd_only signs could be used to fine someone, like the sign you posted a link to showing all road damage will be paid for by anyone screwing up the road in wet weather.

They still don't agree with us, they still think it's just another smoothness option, except for those from Iceland maybe.
