[talk-au] Missing post code boundaries?

I've gone through the shapefiles from the ABS again, and 2001-2005 do appear
to
be missing - maybe the elected not to use them for their data. Gordon Smith
told me there
was a similar situation with Armidale, where the Uni postcode was not in the
ABS data
