It should be easy to fix that issue, the Uni of New England is on it's
own from Armidale, however I have no idea where the 2001-2005
boundaries would be.

The Aus Post CSV file of postcodes lists almost 10,000 towns, but
obviously a single postcode can cover multiple towns, I'll grab a copy
of the CSV file and do a comparison against the list of filenames.
