Hi Nick,
The best tag I could find for this would be:
man_made=survey_point
name=Q150
website=http://sssiq150.org/
ref=Q150
Which is pretty much the same as what you suggested.
Except that the website URL has the http:// bit in it.
I'm not too sure if it'd be a good idea to include the ref tag?
