It's probably not quite as bad as I made out - after all I was booked on an
A380 not an A330 so I probably would have made
it to LA in one piece.

A while ago we had a discussion about the general area on thre National
Library and how there were a lot of streets there
called "parkes place".  Well they must have been reading this list since one
of the streets, that I originally tagged as
parkes place west but later changed back to parkes place, has a new sign, so
it's back to "parkes place west".

Also some confusing locality signs with "Commonwealth Place" on them, have
been removed.
Another thing I started tagging in Queanbeyan was bus stops, Eventually it
would be good to have all bus routes
on OpenstreetMap.

Maybe we could also put a tempory type tagging for the Circus-area/carpark.
There has been some discussion about these
type of tempory structures on the talk list.

Good luck with the mapping party. I'll check out the  map around that time.

PS - that portrait gallery is a exceptionally interesting place.
