Does anyone know if the sunshine council has a minroundabout option in its regs?

Specifically the roundabout near bigtop plaza if you go straight in from the bruce highway

It's slightly elevated by 5 to 10cm and no bigger than 2m in diameter and the T-intersection it would have replaced doesn't look to be deformed at all, would post a pic but the browser on this phone doesn't let me add attachments.
