Well I now have 2 GPS devices and no contacts in the Gympie/Sunshine Coast area of people who do a lot of traveling to lend them out to.

I've also been pondering about the accuracy issue of the usb gps data logger. Conclusion I came up with was multiple traces should counter the problem with accuracy, that GPS logger has the capacity for about 125 hours worth of data.

It also fit most of the other criteria I originally set out, no battery but can plug into a cig socket, it doesn't have a display just a blinky green LED and hopefully no one will bother pinching it.
