[talk-au] Query about how to map maxstay when it's conditional

Hi guys,

I've come across two car parks with one of those really fun conditional max
stay signs.

So the situation is that the car park is open 24/7 but on Mon-Fri it's 3hr
parking from 7.30am to 6pm, excl public holidays.

So what I am thinking of doing is mapping it with maxstay="Mo-Fr
07:30-18:00 3h; Sa-Su, PH none" in the hopes that it's sane enough that
it's usable. It's certainly human readable provided whatever it is that is
using the data presents the value of maxstay to the user.

opening_hours="Mo-Fr 07:30-18:00 3h; Sa-Su, PH off" + maxstay="3h" doesn't
seem right because it basically implies that the carpark is not open on
weekends/public holidays and when it is open it's only 3hr parking.

There is actually a lot of car parks here in Canberra that have little or
no information about maxstay, pay, opening_hours, etc so would be handy to
know what's the best way/most kosher way of mapping it.
