I’ve now been past this area to check the access on this section of the Great Western Highway. Between Lithgow and the Mudgee turn-off, there are several properties with access from the highway - this includes houses just next to the road (with the front yard facing the highway), and a service station. I’m inclined to return this section of highway from motorway to trunk. What does everyone else think?
