[talk-au] Added Laneways and Buildings

Hi all,

It's been a while since I did anything for OSM. Moving to a new home and
decided to fill in a few missing walking laneways, buildings and carparks
in my area. They seem to have all validated properly, but I'd be happy to
hear some critique on what I've added. I did check a the Australian Tagging
Guide before upload.

I wouldn't mind upgrading the map for the local shopping centre as well so
it shows internal layout and stores. Has that been done anywhere? Thanks,
