The short answer is no.
The longer answer is that there currently doesn't seem to be one
method that has been accepted:

Early last year I started looking into this to see if it was a way of
fixing all of the impossible oneways, almost connects, and island ways
you get when people very literally trace the parking isles and ramps
that they can see in the aerial imagery. It seems that this scheme at
least has been used:
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Simple_Indoor_Tagging
but I couldn't figure out how to do parking buildings with it. Doing
the layout of shopping centres is however possible:

Subject:[talk-au] Added Laneways and Buildings
Hi all,
It's been a while since I did anything for OSM. Moving to a new home
and decided to fill in a few missing walking laneways, buildings and
carparks in my area. They seem to have all validated properly, but I'd
be happy to hear some critique on what I've added. I did check a the
Australian Tagging Guide before upload.

I wouldn't mind upgrading the map for the local shopping centre as
well so it shows internal layout and stores. Has that been done
anywhere? Thanks,
David
