[talk-au] Hobart Buildings - is this an import?

Hi Folks,

 

I just noticed this large changeset and I am trying to figure out if its a
legal import

I am assuming it's come from here

 

http://data.gov.au/dataset/building-footprints

 

but I can't see anything in the imports wiki or any permissions to import
