[talk-au] User Diaries Spam

Every now and then I have a look at User Diaries.
Today I am on page 26 https://www.openstreetmap.org/diary?page=26 and 
still only SPAM.

I guess this was already noted but I could not find anything on mailing 
list talk.

Who and how is this managed?
