[talk-au] Uluru naming consistency

I prefer the first proposal from Joachim:
name = Uluṟu
name:en = Uluru
name:pjt = Uluṟu
alt_name = Ayers Rock
alt_name:en = Ayers Rock
official_name = Uluru / Ayers Rock
official_name:en = Uluru / Ayers Rock
I suggest putting 'Ayers Rock' in alt_name instead of old_name. If you
think about it Uluru *is* the old name... 😊
