Hi Aaron
Have a look at https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Australian_data_catalogue
which
shows the various datasets that we have been given permission to use (or
not!).
I see there is reference to
https://www2.delwp.vic.gov.au/maps/spatial-data/victorian-spatial-data#Vicmap_Transport-11
being
OK but that doesn't appear to be the same thing?
I'm sure Andrew will be along shortly to comment, as that page is his baby!
