At this stage Mateusz I don't know. The weblink Graeme mentioned has a 
"Creative Commons Attribution" link when one goes to the data download area;

https://data.sa.gov.au/data/dataset/land-use-generalised

which points to https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/

A waiver however already exists as per Graeme's post, but I don't know 
how extensive that is. Is it just for porting viewed data across screens 
or can OSM use the same shp (or other) file without restriction?

Am kind of new to this..
