That particular premises carries the name "Tugun SLSC" across the top of
the building as can be seen on their website http://www.tugunslsc.com.au/

The name "Tugun Surf Club" appears on
http://www.tugunslsc.com.au/bar-gaming/, but the URL says tugunslsc and
the banner at the top of the page says "Tugun Surf Life Saving Club".

I am of the view that the "Tugun Surf Club" is a simple shortening of
the "Tugun Surf Life Saving Club".

-------------------------------

The reason for placing the 'life saving' aspect on the building is one
of rendering .. it gets the SLSC name to appear.

The bisatro cold be entered as a simple node with amenity=restaurant ,
this does render, see http://www.tugunslsc.com.au/bistro/ for contact
details.. note no "Tugun Surf Club" appears here

The bar could be entered as amenity=licensed_club .. does not render.
The gambling as amenity = gambling, I don't know if this renders I
suspect not.

The email addresses are all @tugunslsc.com.au and they all share a
common phone number.. thus I think they are not 2, 3 or 4 separate
'clubs' but one club with a few features. Much like a bowls club, an
RSL, a golf club .. etc etc.
