[talk-au] Tagging WebSite Links (like wikipedia, wikidata)

As usual, amazing helpful response Andrew :)

It would preferrably not be stored as a full URL. But I'm unsure how to
establish a convention where a tag is commonly transposed into a url in the
osm public map or id editor when displayed.... nice but not essential to us.

I'm also aware linear referencing might be an option... but will have to
start from square one with OpenLR.
