[Talk-bd] A new beginning

Thank you Larry for your note.

Yes I am quite happy to see the enthusiasm among the young students about
OSM. We took some waypoints inside BUET with our GPS units today and
hopefully we will start donating those those tomorrow.

I am expecting more people to come forward to join this group and share
their ideas with us.
