Thanks Kallol.

1. before getting meet up with potential sponsors, we have to have proposal
letter with proper budget in hand and also a attractive presentation. I
think presentation is under construction by CSE students,
we need to make a detail project plan with budget assumption.
I have attached one here as an example which is regarding our another
ongoing action: Guardians in the Dark.

2. Depends on sponsorship kind of, again we have to
collect information about exam schedule of finals in both public and private
uni during this time period.

3. I am going to make a table of list. I will forward to you people for
filling up with proper links...

4. Some technical persons should be assigned in this work. I will provide
some efficient actioneers inshaAllah.

I am working on OSM paper ..iA soon you will have some rough chapters.
I will add more info in this mail thread once have in mind.
