Apart from the one Wim mentioned I know of two other GPS data loggers:

Adapt AD-850, 120.000 trackpoints

Qstarz BT-Q1000P, 200.000 trackpoints

Both have a bluetooth connection for a PDA and I think both have a Li-Ion battery.
