[OSM-talk-be] First mapping questions

Based on GM, it's obviously not an Nxx , it's a a 'simple' street
I would tag it as
highway=residential
name=Heerestraat
lanes=2
cycleway=lane (or track)
If when you say footway , you mean 'voetpas','trottoir','sidewalk' then so
far it's not yet mapped so I would leave footway out.
primary,secondary,tertiary ... there's no clear decision on this for
Belgium, I go with Nx-Nxx as primary, Nxxx as secondary and leave tertiary
for important local routes , when the route ref get a letter postfix (as
N7a) , I downgrade one level so I would tag this as a secondary (Nxxx ->
tertiary)...
unclassified, residential is very unclear , I try to put residential for
streets with many houses , and unclassifieds for those with a lot od cows ;)
About cities , I think Leuven is not a bad example , or Lessines but I did
it so I'm partial :)
