[OSM-talk-be] Bus, tram and metro lines

I tried contacting several of these (De Lijn, NGI, ...), but never 
received a reply. I'm guessing that without some personal contacts or 
other leverage, you won't get through.

If you do manage to get something from them, there are plenty of people 
willing to help in the conversion to an OSM compatible format.
