Yeah, but I can't help but think that the exact meaning of "region" in 
Belgium differs from the meaning in the rest of the world. If I look at 
the UK, a region means something bigger than a area the size of the 
Brussels Capital Region...

And also, Flanders is a region as well and the LF routes can be seen as 
regional routes too then...

So that's the reason why I didn't take that into account.
