I don't know about this specific problem, but to me there is already a 
level missing.

LF -> ncn
cycle nodes -> rcn
theme routes -> lcn

What about the mushrooms? I don't think they will be going away and they 
are not only a Vlaams-Brabant phenomenon. So I would like to see another 
level for that as well. Now they go under lcn, but that muddies the 
waters a lot. Some theme routes already share roads and it's a hodge 
podge as it is. Combining that with the mushroom's network would become 
really a mess. For the record, at the moment I'm only storing the 
mushrooms themselves as nodes.
