[OSM-talk-be] Sea borders

Hi all,

I'm wondering how we should tag the country borders in sea, and first of 
all, which border...

Take a look at the map at

Should we make a boundary for the territorial waters or for the 
exclusive economic zone? The geographical data for the latter is well 
defined (see 
http://reflex.raadvst-consetat.be/reflex/pdf/Mbbs/1999/07/10/62687.pdf). 
Territorial waters are just described as "first 12 seamiles of the EEZ" 
which is a bit more difficult to extract.

I'd say both boundaries are important, but we can only draw one in 
admin_level=2...
