I've opted for the territorial waters as the outer limit of the country
border. We may have to get some international tags for the EEZ in a
later stage.

I've also started the page at
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/WikiProject_Belgium/Boundaries to
manage all kinds of relations (if someone has time it should also list
all municipalities and their deelgemeentes...).

Now, I have a problem with this, and like to hear your ideas on this:
the official name of Belgium is "Kingdom of Belgium" (in
Dutch/French/German of course). For now, I just used Belgium, but we
may have to include the other one as well.

The same problem with the regions. Flemish Region is usually referred to
as Flanders, and the Walloon Region as Wallonia. And I haven't been
really consistent there so I picked the official name for now.

Obviously both names are valid, and I've looked at wikipedia and in the
infoboxes they use "native_name" for the full name. So I'd like to
propose that "name" has the short name and "native_name" the full one
in OSM. Do others agree?

Final issue: what should the name tag be for Belgium? Just the
English "Belgium", or "Belgiƫ - Belgique - Belgien"? In Germany they
chose the German name, in the Netherlands the English.

Greetings
Ben
