I used such a legal document (from the Belgium Senate) concerning the 
border correction in the Kanaal van Gent naar Terneuzen, with Lambert 
and RD coordinates. It was a good find, I thought so myself at the time. 
  Since then I've found several Dutch laws with coordinates, and I'm 
glad to see such examples are online in Belgium as well.

By the way, in the document I found, RD took precedence over Lambert, in 
cases both conversions yielded different WGS84 coordinates. Just a fun 
'did you know'. :)
