I would have assumed that it falls under the anonymous part of the law,
and that says: "geoorloofde wijze voor het publiek toegankelijk is
gemaakt".  And I assume it's always been available to the public.

You're right, they got merged.  But atleast were I live it actually got
parts of other municipalities.

All those laws should be available somewhere, it's just a matter of
finding them all.  And they're not all online.
