[OSM-talk-be] the state of OpenStreetmap in Antwerpen

Cool idea you've worked out Luc! This thread is already open for some 
time, but I thought to pick in on this, since I just had another one with 
the same data:

Currently there are some landuse=residential polygons to fill the 
residential areas (mapnik), but they are not mapped to the district 
borders, as you might have noticed.

>From the list you grabbed from the antwerpen.be site, I thinks it is 
doable to determine the borders of every district. I am uncertain if using 
this data for this purpose is legal, any ideas?

First idea to practically work this out is, by matching every street to 
it's neighbours and check, where the postcode changes = where the border 
is. As I am a total noob with postgis, I probably will take some time make 
this promise a reality....
