there's the administrative boundary with admin_level=9 for district
boundaries right now
(http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php?title=Key:boundary). I tagged
a small part of the border between Berchem and Antwerp districts that
way.

Note that postal codes aren't enough to determine the district: 2040 is
shared between Berendrecht-Zandvliet-Lillo and part of Antwerp. But the
list has letters with the street district as well. Just keep in mind
that the boundaries based on that list can be way off sometimes.
To properly map them we need some old maps I guess.
