True, but I'm not referring to a case where you would have a zonal 50 or
70 within an F1 (builtup area). Rather to the case of a zonal 50 inside
a zonal 70 (both marked with a zonal C43). In these cases, it is allowed
to have a zonal 50 inside a zonal 70 (I think the reverse is not allowed).
The most common case for this is a zonal 30 (for school area) inside a
zonal 70.
If a builtup area is located inside a zonal 70, the zone 70 does
continue after the builtup area though. Again the law states that it has
to repeated (refer to the texts I linked to in my first message).

The specific case I'm referring to in Aarschot is one of the many
mistakes according to the law I know. This specific case is on the
Herseltsesteenweg. When coming from Aarschot you'll enter a zonal 50
right after the junction with the R25. A bit further there is a school
area which is marked with a dynamic zonal 30. A few 100m further there
is the end of the zonal 30. The zonal 50 actually never ends here
officially (even if the dynamic zonal 30 would be active).
At the same location if you enter the school area from one of the side
streets (thus not from the main road), you enter a permanent zonal 30,
instead of a dynamic one.
Kind regards,
Kenny
