[OSM-talk-be] The Kortrijk Situation

Hi Tim,

Kortrijk is indeed one of those 'empty spots' on the map.

I'm from Antwerp but have been working for some time for a couple of 
customers over there.
And also made some 'detours' for mapping.
Also in Wervik region you can find some of my work.

But as far as I know no real 'plan' of action for the region.
So feel free to contribute. As always, 'traces' welcome ;-).
