They're managed by the NGI, and you can get the data here:
http://www.ngi.be/gdoc/viewer.htm (you need to select a type at the bottom
right to see the points on the map)
But I guess we're not allowed to get our information from there and put it in
OSM. At the very least, they can claim database right on it...
