It's a waiting point (where the driver can rest for a little while), so it's a 
terminus. Sometimes (usually in cities where there's not much place to stop) 
you have buses that don't stop like that at the end of the line: like any 
other stop they just leave immediately after they've arrived and everyone got 
on and off the bus. Sure, it's not really common, but we have to keep it in 
mind. In Antwerp we have tram lines (which we really want to be tagged like 
bus lines) 10 and 11 for example.


Also, we do have another problem with the one relation for each direction 
thing. There's the bus lines 30 and 34 in Antwerp. These two lines are 
basically oneway loops around the city center (and bus 34 goes the other way 
than bus 30). There's a terminus along the way, but you can't define that 
being at the start or end of the relation. How's that going to work without 
relation roles?


On a side note: please don't give bus line refs an extra asterisk to make the 
distinction between the two relations.
