[OSM-talk-be] "Proefopstelling" - How to tackle?

Hello guys,

Next Monday the traffic circulation in Aarschot is about to change 
(source: http://www.aarschot.be/home/index.cfm?id=3201), it is also 
already marked by traffic signs on the roads leading to the centre. 
However, this change in circulation is a "test setup". How do we tackle 
this with OpenStreetMap? Will we mark these changes as soon as they 
appear in the field? Or will we keep with the original setup?

I cannot seem to find any information about when the test setup will end.
