Depends on how long this "temporary" situation will be of course. If it's a
short time I usually don't bother tagging temporary things. Other point to
keep in mind: will you be able to check the area again to see when it changes
back? If I see a temporary setup at a location which I won't visit again the
next year I map the original situation (if that's possible of course and if
you noticed that it's temporary in the first place). It's also quite easy to
forget that you've mapped something temporary if you don't visit the place
regularly.
So, the question is pretty simple then: can you (or someone else) keep an eye
on it and will you remember that it's temporary and may have to update it
again? If so, then map the temporary setup.
