Thank you for the proposal to make OSM easy to use for the general public in Be.

Thanks to consider a website that is build with the 4 languages in use
in Be : Nl, Fr, En, De

A framework that would help with the translation of the articles and
would give, if they exist, the version that correspond to the setting
of the navigator of the visitor would be great. I suppose that Drupal
can answer such constraints.
